1-an account in ADF.LY
2- an account you need in twitter
3-an account in twitterfeed
4- rss feed URL of your niche WEBSITE

NOW LET START THE PROCESS
your next step is to find a blog or website in fitness and weight loss niche. search in google with your niche keyword. see which websites are coming in the top check out their content if their content is related to your niche then locate their rss feed. Most of the popular websites will have their rss feed, allow audience to subscribe their updates. see below how it looks
now go to adf.ly to get your API url
Now copy the API url and go to the twitterfeed account. there you have to make certain changes. i will tell you but now just copy that API link and come to twitter feed.
step 1- just log into the twitter feed
step2- in your twitter feed dashboard you will click create new feed
3- after clicking create new feed you will find this window
here you can write your feed name and paste your rss feed url of your niche website.(fitness and weight loss). It is clear that you have to paste two url here

2-adf.ly api url in advanced setting
now click on advanced setting , you will find a screen
in shorten link through just select custom then it it will show custom end point. This is where you will paste your Adf.ly API url . so now give a look about API url. it looks like
now here you have to make certain changes after pasting your api link in custom end point.

first your url look like

key= will be same your key(your key)
&uid= will be same(your uid)
advert-type=instead of "int" put "banner" because interstitial ads are disruptive
domain= if you want to hide adf.ly then replace it by q.gs
url=replace http://somewebsite.com by %@user name of twitter
now your new url look like http://api.adf.ly/api.php?
key=xxxxxx&uid=xxxx&advert_type=banner&domain=q.gs&url=%@xxx
then paste your api new url into custom endpoint. then in the same screen , click on
continue 2 . now it is done.
now after everything is set up you need to increase your followers in twitter. So start following people today related to your niche. If you have huge followers then you can monetize your followers with adf.ly. so build your followers today. you can use a tweepi tool to make many followers. just create a free account in tweepi. Go to twitter search bar write your niche keyword and it will show many account related to your niche . Find out the popular account, put their user name in tweepi. It will show their followers and following. You can follow their followers and also following.
